Returns Policy for Thobes

At All Around The Thobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review the following returns policy:

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • To qualify for a return, the thobe must be unworn, in its original condition, and not altered in any way from how it was received.
  • The tags must still be attached and the item should be free from any signs of wear, including stains, odors, or damage.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Please ensure the return item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds:

  • A refund will only be issued if the returned item meets all of the following criteria:
    • The thobe is unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.
    • The original tags remain attached.
    • The return is RECEIVED within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • We regret that we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet the criteria outlined above or on items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. How to Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on Whatsapp to request a Return Authorization. Can be done through our Homepage 
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Processing Time:

  • Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
